4 fouls is 1&1, 6 fouls is 2 shots; resets at half

2 fouls in last two minutes is 1&1 - there are two sets of 1&1's until two shots

Teams have option to pass in during the last 10 seconds of either half OR after calling a timeout

A flagrant foul is 2 shots and ball; counts as common foul and tech
